MARSHAWN THIGPEN

Marshawn Thigpen died Saturday, September 18, 2021 in Bibb County.

Funeral services were  Saturday, September 28, at the Ft. Deposit Complex.

Pastor Willie Mack officiated and Hudson Funeral Service directed.

Burial was in Ft. Deposit Cemetery.

His grandmother Linda Rose Scott, grandfather Arthur Jenkins, sister Parish Hale,  brother DeAndre Powell,  niece Serenity Powell, aunt Cassandra Thigpen and uncles Willie E. Scott and Stanley Hale precede him in death.

His memories will forever be cherish by two children; mother, Janie Thigpen; father, Shawn (Sabrina) Hale, step father, Henry Bailey;  grandfathers, Willie N. Scott and Ed Brown; grandmother, Shirley Hale; (5) sisters  Aquanta Thigpen, Keoka Thigpen, Xavia Marsh, Nybresha Thigpen, Ashawanti Thigpen, Shenequoah (Tevin) Pettway, (7) brothers, De’Eric Powell, Shawndarius Stiener, Eddie McCall, Demontavis Thigpen, Shawn Hale Jr., DeShawn Hale and Searacy Harris, (3) uncles, Quaderrius Scott, Stacey McMeans, Jammie Mason, (5) aunts, Shantell Scott, Bobbie (Zebbie) Jenkins ,Christine (Terrance) Means, Tracey McMeans, and Sharonda Hale, a host of great uncles, great aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A special nephew, Johntarance McCray Jr.; 5 special friends, Kierra Sellers, L. C. Hinson, Leroy Abner, Henry Hale and Jack Jones.
