Corneliuse Trayvon Marshall turns himself in to Andalusia Police Department

The Andalusia Police Department has officially notified CrimeStoppers that fugitive Corneliuse Trayvon Marshall is in Police custody.  He is no longer wanted by Law Enforcement.

According to Andalusia Police Chief Paul Hudson, Corneliuse Trayvon Marshall turned himself over to authorities on today (November 5) at approximately 12:30 pm.  

On November 4, 2021, Andalusia Police tracked Marshall to an Opp, Alabama hotel.  Investigators believe he had been staying there for several days. Police gained entry to the hotel room to find it was empty but have reason to believe they only missed him by a matter of hours. 

Note: A criminal charge is an accusation. The defendant is assumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

Corneliuse Trayvon Marshall is wanted by the Andalusia Police Department on the charge of Murder for the October 23, 2021 shooting death of 32-year-old Domonique Terrell Curry. Marshall is believed to have fled the scene of the shooting, which was at 401 Mock Street Andalusia, AL, on foot.

 

On November 4, 2021, Andalusia Police tracked Marshall to an Opp, Alabama hotel.  Investigators believe he had been staying there for several days. Police gained entry to the hotel room to find it was empty but have reason to believe they only missed him by a matter of hours.

 

Two individuals associated with Marshall were arrested on November 3, 2021. One for Intimidating a Witness and the other for Hindering Prosecution I.

 

Marshall’s whereabouts are currently unknown.
