Laura Elizabeth Rhodes, age 82, a resident of Greenville, died in Georgiana on Tuesday , December 16, 2008. Funeral services will be held Thursday , Dec. 18, 2008 at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Harrison Funeral Home with Reverend Allen Stephenson officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Cemetery with Harrison Funeral home directing.
A visitation will be held Wednesday , Dec. 17, 2008 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Survivors include: two daughters: Patricia ( Bill ) Inghram , Greenville and Mary Rhodes ( Eldridge ) Holt , Hoover; three grandchildren Laurie Hinson , Greenville, Al.,Tommy ( Robie ) Hinson , Greenville and Katelyn Holt , Hoover, and a great – grandson : Lane Hinson , Greenville.
Mrs. Rhodes was preceded in death by her late husband , Mr. Willard T . Rhodes.
