Ira Bell Gomillion, 92, a resident of McKenzie, died Sunday, March 15, 2009. Funeral services were 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 17, 2009 from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Rex Tolbert officiating. Burial followed in Bushfield Cemetery with Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana directing.
Survivors include: son and daughter-in-law, Griff and Betty Gomillion of McKenzie, grandson, Brady Gomillion and a number of nieces and nephews.
