Thomas Howard Cook, 76, a resident of Honoraville, died Friday, December 25, 2009.
Funeral services were held Monday, December 28, 2009 from the Danielsville Baptist Church, with Reverend Harry Driggers officiating. Burial along with Masonic Rites was held at Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church with Brother William Leverette providing the officiating of those Rites. Harrison Funeral Home of Greenville, directing.
Mr. Cook served in the US Air Force during the Korean War and was a 33rd Degree Mason and Scottish Rite Shriner. Mr. Cook also served as Crenshaw County Alabama Commissioner from 1992 through 2000.
Survivors include: Wife, Vera W. Cook, Honoraville, AL; Brother: Wendell Williamson, Honoraville, AL; Nieces and Nephews: Robbie Campbell, Roddy Campbell, Jana Campbell Rogers, Vance Williamson, Kim W. Rogers and Wendy W. Davis, Dustin Crawford, Mary Box, John Crawford, Patrick Crawford, Steward Crawford and Klaudine Brown.
Mr. Cook also had over 25 great nieces and nephews as well as a multitude of friends.
Mr. Cook was preceded in death by his sister, Grace Campbell Montgomery.
