In fact, the Tigers, No. 3 last week, moved up one more notch to No. 2 in the Class 5A poll released by the Alabama Sports Writers Association on Wednesday.
The Tigers benefited from Hartselle’s first loss of the year. Last week, Hartselle was the No. 2 team in the polls.
