Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Andrews and Mr. William Hubert Beverly Jr. would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ms. Christy Noel Beverly to Mr. Joshua Brian Parker. The couple is to be married Oct. 22 at 3 p.m. at Southside Baptist Church in Opp.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of William Hubert Beverly and the late Mae Beverly of Georgiana and the late Margaret and Tom Cook of Georgiana. She is a 2004 graduate of Georgiana High School and a 2009 graduate of Troy University.
The prospective groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Parker of Kinston. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John Parker of Kinston and Mr. and Mrs. Billy Hawthorne of Opp. He is a 2003 graduate of Kinston High School and a 2010 graduate of Troy University.
