n Michael Jerome Butler, 19, was arrested for possession of marijuana, 3rd.
Aug. 19
n Robert Lee Poole, 52, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - DUI, failure to appear - no drivers license,
and failure to appear - driving while revoked.
Aug. 20
n Curtis Kemp, 67, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
Aug. 21
n Dennis Gibson, 59, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Aug. 23
n Willie Edward Crenshaw, 50, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - improper tag light and failure to appear - driving while revoked.
Aug. 24
n Josh Brandon Holladay, 29, was arrested and charged with DUI.

n A report was filed at Jordan's Hilltop for burglary. A glass door received $275 damage.
n A report was filed on S. College St. for possession of marijuana. Two plastic bags containing a green, leafy substance believed to be marijuana was seized.
n A report was filed on Hickory St. for a vicious and dangerous dog.
n A report was filed on Patsaliga St. for criminal mischief.
The hood paint of a 2001 Mercury received $400 damage.

n A report was filed at McBride's Chevron for burglary. A glass door received $275 damage.
n A report was filed on Oglesby St. for theft of property. $950 in assorted U.S. currency was reported stolen.
n A report was filed on Hardscramble Rd. for harassment.
Aug. 20
n A report was filed on Grant St. for domestic violence.
n A report was filed on Kolb City Rd. for leaving the scene of the accident.
n A report was filed at Perdue Place for domestic violence - harassment, and criminal mischief. One cell phone worth $50 was reported stolen.
n A report was filed at Perdue Place for criminal mischief. A door frame received $100 damage.

n A report for filed on S. Conecuh St. for theft by deception.
n A report was filed on Water St. for burglary. One stereo set worth $1,800, one 19-inch Sanyo television worth $150, one DVD player worth $50, and one silver necklace worth $49, were reported stolen.
n A report was filed at Sears parking lot for theft of lost property. One Colonial Bank debit card was reported stolen.

n A report was filed on Fort Dale Rd. for trespassing.
n A report was filed on Lucille St. for burglary. One window air condition unit worth $200 was reported stolen along with miscellaneous household items worth $50.
n A report was filed on Government St. for theft of property. A 1989 Chevrolet Camaro worth $1,800 was reported stolen.
n A report was filed on Mountainview Dr. for domestic violence - assault.
Aug. 23
n A report was filed at Day Field for criminal mischief. Someone spray painted ‘DJ' on four buildings causing $200 damage.
n A report was filed at the Wal-Mart parking lot for unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Two Sanyo cell phones worth $80 were reported stolen.
n A report was filed at Fred's Department Store for theft of property. One carton of Newport cigarettes worth $26.50 and three packs of Newport cigarettes worth $7.95 were reported stolen.

n A report was filed on School Highland Rd. for criminal mischief. One rear window door glass received $200 damage.
n A report was filed on N. Conecuh St. for harassing communications.
