n A report was filed at Russell Stover for a recovered handgun.
n A report was filed at Cracker Barrel for theft of property. $1,124 was reported stolen.
Sept. 16
n A report was filed on Highway 10-West for criminal mischief. Two entry doors received $50 damage.
n A report was filed on Cahaba Rd. for reckless endangerment and carrying a pistol without a permit. One .40 caliber handgun worth $300 was seized.
n A report was filed at Myrick's BP for minor in possession of alcohol.
n A report was filed at Waffle House for domestic violence - harassment.
Sept. 17
n A report was filed at Bennie Betton Auto for unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. One car battery worth $40 was reported stolen.
n A report was filed on Beeland St. for theft of property. Two aluminum wheels with tires worth $50 were reported stolen.
n A report was filed on Aztec Rd. for harassing communications.
n A report was filed on Fort Dale Rd. for unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Three Tylox tablets worth $15 and eight Darvocet tablets worth $40 were seized.

n A report was filed on S. Pine St. for burglary. One gold chain/medallion worth $380 was reported stolen.
n A report was filed at LV Stabler Hospital for theft of property. One wallet with $115 assorted U.S. currency was reported stolen.
n A report was filed on Winkler St. for menacing.
n A report was filed on Valley Dr. for harassment.
n A report was filed on Fort Dale Rd. for theft of property. 13.825 gallons of unleaded gasoline worth $34 was reported stolen.
n A report was filed at Advance Auto for disorderly conduct.

n Stephen Corbin, 18, was arrested and charged with minor in possession of alcohol and possession of a forged instrument, 2nd.
n Bryan Scott Wilson, 19, was arrested and charged with minor in possession of alcohol.

n Samuel Louis Adams, 57, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - DUI and failure to appear - speeding.
n Romerrell Miller, 23, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - loud and excessive.
Sept. 18
n Kelderick J'Danial Williams, 18, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
Sept. 19
n John Benjamin Bush, 42, was arrested and charged with DUI and disorderly conduct.
n Johnnie Griffin, 51, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
n Robert Miller Berry, 51, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

n Andrew Antonio Crenshaw, 23, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, 3rd, two counts of domestic violence, 3rd, and resisting arrest.
