n Quinten Thomas, 23, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - failure to dim lights, and failure to appear - no driver's license.

n Michael Rudolph, 28, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - driving while privilege revoked and failure to appear - improper tag.

n Cleo Bowens, 46, was arrested and charged with assault, 3rd degree.

n Patrick Donnell Rowe, 39, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

n Arthur Christopher Thompson, 32, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.

n Boyd Pierce, 49, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - driving while privilege suspended, failure to appear - no insurance, failure to appear - improper tag, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
