Butler County Schools will remain closed on Thursday, Jan. 23 due to hazardous travel conditions caused by the winter storm.
In response, virtual and e-learning protocols will be implemented on Thursday to ensure continuity of education. Classes are scheduled to resume on Friday, Jan. 24, pending further evaluation of travel conditions.
“We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize the safety of our students, staff, and community,” said Superintendent Joe Eiland. “Updates and additional information will be posted on the Butler County Schools website and official social media channels.”
