The Butler County School District is excited to announce the winners of the November Attendance Challenge. Greenville Elementary School earned the distinction of being the district-wide attendance winner, with students working hard to maintain top attendance rates throughout the month. The trophy was awarded to Greenville Elementary Principal, Belinda Cook.
In addition to the district winner, we are pleased to recognize the individual school attendance champions for September: They each received a $35 Walmart gift card.
- Trinton Stallworth, Greenville High School;
- Kiasia McClennon, Greenville Middle School;
- Blakely Seale, Greenville Elementary School;
- Benjamin Scott, McKenzie School;
- Jeremiah Cook, WO Parmer Elementary School; and
- Haden Green, Georgiana School.
With December now in full swing, we encourage all parents and guardians to continue supporting their children in attending school regularly. Attendance is a key factor in student success, and everyday counts!
Let’s work together to keep the momentum going so that students have the best opportunity to learn and grow. Help your child make it to school every day, not just in December but all year long, so they can build strong habits and stay on the path to success.
