Salvation Army Service Center Manager Jason Johns visited Monday’s Lions Club meeting letting attendees know about the services the Salvation Army provides to residents in Butler County. Some of these services include providing food and shelter for the homeless, offering rehabilitation programs for those struggling with addiction, facilitating disaster relief efforts and utility assistance. 

Johns said the Salvation Army is also looking for volunteers to assist with this year’s Red Kettle Campaign during the Christmas season. For more information or If you would like to volunteer please call 334-445-3070.
