* Walnut Street Church of Christ is planning a gospel meeting featuring Michael Shepherd from West Side Church of Christ in Pensacola Oct. 20 – 23. Sunday begins at 9:30 a.m. and Monday through Wednesday starts at 7 p.m.

* Harrison Street Missionary Baptist Church in Greenville will present a Women’s Chuck Sneakers and Pearls Conference and Brunch themed “Better Together” Nov. 2 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Guest speaker will be pastor Katrina Roper Smith.
