Jack Brewton (born Kenneth Oliver Brewton) died on Saturday, Oct. 21, after a brief illness, at age 99 1/2. 

Jack is preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Zula Brewton; daughter, Wanda; son, Randy. He is survived by his daughter, Jackie Wilkinson; grand-daughter, Kelsey; longtime friend, Reuben Squire; and many nieces and nephews.

He was a proud World War II Navy Veteran. He loved his country and family with all his heart. 

Funeral Services were held on Wednesday, Oct. 25, beginning at 1 p.m. from the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home, with Brother Steve Dunn officiating. The family received friends from 12 p.m. until service time. Burial followed in Morrow Cemetery, Georgiana with Johnson Funeral Home directing.
