Jones Medical Supply, located in Greenville, recently presented The Shepherd’s Table with a $1,000 donation, and they are once again giving back to the city of Greenville with another $1,000 donation. 

Jason Jones, president and co-owner of Jones Medical supply, along with Dana Carlton, the vice-president and other co-owner, donated to help Butler County citizens Thursday morning by donating to the Butler County Department of Human Resources. 

Jennifer Langford, Butler County Department of Human Resources (DHR) director, accepted the check.

“This money will go towards helping with gas and transportation needs,” Langford said. 

Although DHR is a government organization, she said that not all needs can be met by the funding available to Butler County. Some things are just not covered, and these types of donations come in handy.

“Dana and I purchased this company at the beginning of the year,” Jones said. “We’re just trying to give back to this community that gives to us.”

Carlton seconded this thought and expressed her sense of pride for this community.
