The Greenville City Council approved the follow expenses during their January 10 meeting:

• $4,586 for two sets of turn out gear for the fire department
• $26,000 for a fire extinguisher training system for the fire department
• $2,853 to replace the transmission on Greenville Police Unit 269
• $3,708 for camera license support and maintenance for the police department
• $4,990 for three Spy III Portable Alarm systems for the police department
• $37,763.97 for two starwind customer servers for the police department
