The Georgiana varsity boys and girls hosted Florala for their final non-tournament game of the year on Monday, December 20.

Despite starting point guard Tremari Longmire being out for this game, the boys still walked away with the final score of 64-57.

Joshua Sims had a double-double and led the team with 19 points and 10 rebounds.

Nasir Cheatham scored 14 points, Amari Feagin scored 12 points and

Jacobie Morgan scored ten.

The varsity boys currently sit with a 9-3 record.

The varsity boys are participating in the Red Level Christmas Tournament and the Dothan Hoops Classic.

The Red Level Christmas Tournament ends this Thursday, while the Dothan Hoops Classic will end this Friday.

The varsity girls lost a close game to Florala 67-61.

Lillie Boggan led the team with 18 points; Angel Haynes scored 17 points, and Alexea Bess scored 10.

The varsity girls currently sit with a 5-4 record.

The varsity girls are also participating in the Red Level Christmas Tournament.
