I am reaching out because I wanted to give props to one of your local businesses and I hope you will share with your community…

Mr. L Auto Repair was a truly GOD SENT to my family. On Friday we were traveling from SC to FL, for a 5 day vacation, when our truck broke down in the middle of the highway in Greenville, Alabama (5.5 hours away from home and 2 hours away from our destination). I called several repair shops in the area and they either did not answer or told me they were completely booked and would not be able to help us until the next week. I called enterprise and there were no rental vehicles available.

When I called Mr . L Auto Repair, Caleb answered the phone, after telling him our situation, he immediately told me to bring the car there. He called everywhere for a part and went out of his way to drive 4 hours to pick up the part for us, and got it $150 cheaper. Him and his father kept the shop open until 9:00 p.m. to fix our truck when normal closing time was set at 5:00p.m. on google. They gave us rides to a hotel, recommended places for us to eat, and treated us with great kindness.

The truck ended up needing an extra part and they drove to pick it up on Saturday (when they are usually closed) and had the truck fixed for us by 10:30 a.m. When it came time to pay, my husband and I could not believe that they were trying to charge us so little, after all the time and effort that they put into helping us. We ended up giving them a little bit more as we could.

We made it to Florida and back with a perfectly working truck! Thank you to Caleb, his father Ray, and his father’s wife. If it was not for them we would not have gotten to see our family and we might still be stuck with no car in Alabama with our two children.

Please support them and their business. The world needs more people like this family, and they deserve nothing but success!
