Sarah Lene Black
Sarah Lene Black, of Montgomery, AL, passed away Thursday October 29, 2020.
Visitation will be held at Johnson Funeral Chapel, Georgiana, AL, on Sunday at 2:00 followed by a service at 3:00 and interment at Morrow School House Cemetery, Georgiana, AL.
She leaves behind one daughter, Angie O’Farrell Hawkins; one daughter in law; Sherry Hagemann, one son in law, Mark Hawkins, Sr; nine grandchildren, Heather & Chris Ward; Megan & Bruno Moore; Amber O’Farrell; Mark & Brie Hawkins; Dusty & Brianne Hawkins; Darrell & Melinda Cline; Daniel & Tabatha Cline; Charity & Kevin Hill; Jeremy Cline; seventeen great-grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren with one on the way. She joins her husband, Clifford O’Farrell, Sr and two of her children, Clifford ‘Kip’ O’Farrell, Jr and Sarah Ann O’Farrell Smith.
Charles “Lavane” Farley
Visitation for Mr. Charles “Lavane” Farley, 78, of McKenzie will be held from 6-8pm at Johnson Funeral Home. Mr. Farley passed away on Sunday in Greenville.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Kathlene Farley; son Kevin Farley of Kinston; brother Carlis Farley (Dorothy); three step daughters; a step son; several nieces and nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Pam Farley; brother Wayman Farley; parents Wilton and Elner Farley.
He was a deacon of Lyeffion Baptist Church. He spent most of his life as a Truck Driver. He loved working in his garden and going fishing. He loved his dogs and spent a lot of time caring for them.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Lyeffion Baptist Church.
James Leon Hattaway Jr.
James Leon Hattaway Jr., age 79, of Greenville, AL passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, October 31, 2020 after a lengthy illness. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2, 2020 beginning at 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home. Everyone will meet for Graveside services at Sunrise Memorial Park at 2 p.m. with Brother Chase Clower officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Hattaway is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Rogers Hattaway; two sons, James Leon Hattaway, III of Palm Springs, CA and Timothy Price Hattaway of Greenville, AL; sister, Rita Outlaw of Troy, AL; brother, John (Mona) Hattaway of Millbrook, AL along with several nieces and nephews. Mr. Hattaway was preceded in death by his parents, James L. Hattaway, Sr. and Bernice Price Hattaway; brother – in – law, Thomas Outlaw; sister, Peggy Lawrence.
