Tiffany Patterson has joined Greenville Newspapers, LLC. as the new marketing coordinator.
A native of Alabaster, Patterson is a veteran in customer service. Having worked for UAB Hospital in a customer service and sales/accounting capacity for the last six years, she is excited for the new position.
“I am up for the challenge,” she said.
Moving from the city, Patterson is looking forward to living in Greenville.
“Greenville is the first time we have lived in a small town,” she said. “We were really excited about that – getting away from the city. It is a lot slower pace life, but it’s nice to step back and not have that rush of the city life.”
She and her husband of 14 years, Kevin, and family moved from Fultondale, just outside Birmingham. They have two children, Kollin, 13, and Hannah, 11.
All in all, Patterson is thankful for this new chapter in her career.
“I am most excited about meeting new people in the community and learning more about the city history,” she said.
The Greenville Advocate’s managing editor Joe Cagle, like Patterson, recently moved to the Camellia City.
“Tiffany has an excellent personality, and she’s excited about this new career venture,” he said. “I found Greenville to be a very welcoming town when my family and I first moved here. I’m sure she’s going to feel the same. We’re excited to have her on board.”
Greenville Newspapers, LLC. publisher Adam Prestridge is excited for Patterson to join the team in Greenville.
“Tiffany is a go-getter,” he concluded. “Her can-do attitude, personality, customer service background and attention to detail are great assets. I look forward to working with her.”
