Mrs. Dorothy Mae Wilson “Bobbie” Greene, age 84, of Pace, Fla., died Monday, Jan. 8, 2018 in Pensacola, Florida. A celebration of life service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 12, 2018 at Pensacola Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Interment will follow in Pensacola Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Evangelists Gary and Marcia Howard officiating.

Mrs. Greene was born Oct. 7, 1933 in Evergreen, Alabama to Robert M. Wilson and Lela B. Manning. She was a retired 2nd grade teacher with S.S. Dixon Elem. School in Pace, FL and was a member of the Pensacola Community of Christ Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Carolyn Thompson; five brothers, Emmanuel, Robert Jr., Woodrow, Herman, and Milton; two sisters, Emma Jean and Corinne.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years Willie E. Greene, son Mike Greene and wife Carol; one brother Mahlon; one sister Mary: three grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
