Taylor said that the win was welcome on the heels of a tough region loss last week.
“Tonight was a good region win after a tough loss last week at Pike,” Taylor said.
“We are 1-1 in our region. We are getting better week by week. If we keep working hard and stay healthy, we should be able to get where we want to be.”
Fort Dale will take a two-week break from region play as the team travels to Sparta Academy next Friday.
