Reid State Technical College recently announced its fall semester honor students.

Along with recognizing students named to the President’s List and Dean’s List, students Who’s Who and Most Outstanding Students in each department also received recognition.

The President’s List requires a 4.0 GPA for a minimum of 12 semester hours. The Dean’s List recognizes students with a 3.5 GPA or above but below a 4.0 for 12 semester credit hours.

The following students from Butler County were recognized: Brittany Merritt, Most Outstanding LPN student; Joshua Burkett, Who’s Who Among American Junior College Students, Practical Nursing; Charleetha Fields, Dean’s List, Office Administration; Morgan Davis, President’s List, Who’s Who, Cosmetology;  DeVelma Smith, Dean’s List, Most Outstanding Student, and Who’s Who, Office Administration; Richard Ausborn, Most Outstanding Student and Who’s Who, Industrial Electricity/Electronics; and Crystal McCombs Schofield, Dean’s List, Most Outstanding Student, and Who’s Who, Computer Information Systems.
