ARRESTS

The Luverne Police Department booked the following individuals at the Crenshaw County correctional facility from June 30 – July 11, 2015:

June 30

• Christopher Costille J. Caldwell, 28, of Luverne, was held for assault, third degree.

July 2

• Christopher Leon Price, of Montgomery, was held for driving with a suspended license.
• Kevin Trevon Jones, of Troy, was held for possession of marijuana in the second degree.
• Willie Fred Johnson, of Luverne, was held for possession of marijuana in the second degree.
• Treyvon Dyemetrist Bodiford, of Montgomery, was held for possession of marijuana in the second degree.

July 6

• Donna Jean Lowe was held for theft of property in the third degree
• Jessie James Griffin was held for harassment and released the same day

July 7

• Becky Ann Faircloth was held for public intoxication and released teh same day

July 10

• Johnny Wesley McKinnon was held for public intoxication and released July 12
• Aurthor Vincent Shelley, Jr. was held for domestic violence, third degree/assault and released July 11

July 11

• Mike Oyan Lovejoy, Jr. was held for resisting arrest and domestic violence,third degree/assault and released July 12

June 29

• Theft of property in the third degree, at the Luverne Dollar General.

July 1

•  Assault in the third degree, on the 1500 block of Airport Road.

July 3

• Identity theft, place of occurrence unknown.

July 5

• Minor in possession of tobacco, on West Fourth Street.

 

ARRESTS

The Crenshaw County Sheriff’s Office booked the following individuals at the Crenshaw County correctional facility from July 1-12, 2015:

July 1

• Lateefaha Nicole Burnett was held for possession of marijuana in the second degree, possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia was released on July 3, 2015.

July 2

• Gary Markus Bonner was held for resisting arrest and illegal trafficking.
• Tremayne Eugene James was held for possession of marijuana in the second degree.

July 4

• Arthur Lewis Jones was held for possession of marijuana in the second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia was released on July 5, 2015.

July 5

• Penny Elain Sutton was held for public intoxication and resisting arrest.

July 6

• Logan Colley Allen was held for failure to appear for improper lights was released the same day.
• Nathan Dewayne Lee was held for harassment.
•  William Bradley Sexton was held for court by the Department of Corrections
• Tiffany Laqwanda Wright was held for FTA operating a vehicle without a license and released the same day

July 7

• Lorey Alvin Bogen was held for criminal trespass, third degree; and violation of a family violence protection order and released the same day
• William Kenneth Lowe was held for probation violation

July 8

• Johnny Delward Kent was held for an outside agency by DOC
• Shane Lovelle Thomas was held for bond revocation
• Teddie Woodson was held for non-payment of support

July 9

•  Patrick A. Parks was held for child support and released July 10

July 10

• Phuquan Lee James was held for burglary, first degree

July 11

• Keykey Rodriquez Pettus was held for an outside agency

July 12

• Joshua Alan Davis was held for leaving the scene of an accident
