An Andalusia woman was struck by a car in Dozier Thursday morning. The incident happened at 9:30 a.m. on Main Street, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

Heather Miller, 25, was hit by a 2006 Mercury driven by James Dozier. She was flown to Baptist South Hospital in Montgomery. As of 9 p.m., she is in intensive care where she remains in critical condition.
