Honoraville motorcyclist killed in wreck

A wreck involving unleashed dogs and motorcyclists has claimed a man’s life.
According to Crenshaw County Coroner Ronald Turner, Tracy Dale McCullough, 41, a resident of Honoraville died Saturday night after a motorcycle wreck earlier that evening on Forest Avenue at West Ninth Street.
According to Luverne Police assistant chief David Sankey, a motorcyclist hit one of several dogs that were crossing the road. McCullough then ran into the downed motorcyclist.
Veterinarian Alethea Gammage pronounced the dog dead at the scene.
McCullough, known as “Steamboat” to friends and family, was a graduate of Highland Home School. He leaves behind a wife, two children, parents, a grandmother and five siblings.
