Greenville native Will Bowman was named the Southern League’s top visiting clubhouse attendant Wednesday.

Bowman, a graduate of Troy University and former Troy director of baseball operation, recently completed his second season as the Montgomery Biscuits’ visiting clubhouse attendant.

The Greenville native snapped a four-year streak of Mississippi Braves’ attendant Destin Smith winning the award, which is voted on by the Southern League’s managers and umpires.
