The Fort Dale boys took down Glenwood, 61-40 last Friday night.
Coach Reggie Mantooth said the win was a refreshing a change.
“It was good to get the win after playing and losing a lot of close games,” Mantooth said.
Mantooth said the game was a lot closer than the score indicated, but a strong fourth quarter from the Eagle men kept Glenwood from mounting a comeback.
The Eagles were led by Stuart Matthews, who picked up 14 points, followed by Eli Blackmon with 13.
Stephen Till proved dangerous on both sides of the ball, with 10 points and 13 rebounds. Tyler Milo also scored double-digits with 10 points for the day.
