David and Amy Box of Pell City, Ala., are proud to announce the birth of their son, Ethan Douglas Box.

Ethan was born Sept. 20, 2012, at 5:49 p.m.

He weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long.

Ethan is the grandson of Doug and Elaine Church of Pell City and Charles and Janice Box of Greenville.

He is the great-grandson of Mary Harrison of Colorado, John Church of Pell City and Alma Box of Hokes Bluff.
