Greenville High School will be holding their Homecoming parade on Thursday. This week the Tigers prepare to face Wilcox-Central.
Class floats as well as a few others will begin lining up at 5 p.m., with the parade starting at 6 p.m.
Principal Brad Cook said the parade is open to all who wish to come, though he said it’s going to be difficult having the parade at the same time as the county fair. The route will start behind the courthouse, and go around the courthouse back towards Whitney Bank. Form there, the route will hand a right and continue past W.O. Parmer and GMS and GES.
Except for a pep rally at the end of school on Friday, no other activities are planned for homecoming week.
