Authorities made another methamphetamine-related arrest in McKenzie over the weekend.
Loren Dwayne Day, 41, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.
Day is being held at Butler County Correctional Facility on a $50,000 bond.
Sheriff Kenny Harden said a few citizens had called in complaints, alleging they saw an individual loitering on the railroad tracks enter a house with some empty bottles.
“Deputies waited until he emerged from the residence and at that point had probable cause to search him,” Harden said.
Authorities found meth concealed in Day’s shoe, but Day denied knowing how it got there.
This is the second methamphetamine arrest made in McKenzie in the last two weeks.
