Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...
|
As we enter the Advent season, we are reminded that this time signifies “arrival.” It prompts us to reflect: was the ancient world truly ready for His coming?
There was no space in the inn, and no preparations were made for His arrival. The holy scriptures tell us that even as they longed for a king, they were unprepared for both His arrival and the manner of His coming.
How will you get ready for the birth of the newborn king?
God often approaches us in unexpected ways, communicating through soft whispers. We must seek Him in the little moments of life, as we never know when He may arrive.
Prayer: Gracious God, help us find You in the freshness of each day. May we be enveloped in Your grace this Advent season, fully prepared to welcome You.
May God abundantly bless you.
