Memorial Day marks the beginning of summer and Labor Day is the unofficial end of the summer. The days are moving too fast, so for the next few months slow down and enjoy the lazy days of summer with your family. 

We all need time to relax and enjoy life with family and friends. Genesis 2 reminds us that when God finished creating the world, He took a day of rest. Have you taken a day to rest? How are you spending your time? 

It is easy to become overwhelmed with work and family responsibilities, leading us to debts and troubles. We pray that you will take the time to rest and enjoy the days ahead with the ones you love.

Take the time to pray and be alone with God reading his word as you relax and unwind. Don’t let these days pass you by.
