During a meet and greet in Tripoli with Libyan Scouts and Girl Guides, U.S. Embassy Security Officer Steiner Hill (center), an Eagle Scout from Greenville, commended the youth’s dedication to community service. Hill thanked the group by presenting members with South-Central Alabama’s Tukabatchee Area Council patch, encouraging them to continue striving for a better future for the Libyan people while embodying the Scout motto to “be prepared” to help others in need. Hill received his Eagle rank from troop 45 led by scout master Bill Hardin in 1994.
