McKenzie Tigers off to winning season

The McKenzie varsity boys’ basketball team is on a winning streak with a 3-0 season. The team took first place in the Wicksburg High School Thanksgiving Tournament, defeating Slocomb High School 60-58, and Wicksburg High School 59-50.
The boys also triumphed over Goshen 73-38 this weekend. The Tigers will travel to face Brantley on Dec. 5.
“We are off to a good start and the players played well,” said head coach Bridges Anderson. “In addition, we look forward to having a great season. I extend an invitation to Tigers fans to come out and support the teams. Go Tigers!”
