The Greenville Area Arts Council (GAAC) kicks off its 41st season with “The Return – Beatles Tribute Show” on Oct. 12 at 7:30 p.m. The council will host a “British Invasion” themed street party in front of the Ritz Theatre at 6 p.m. The party is open to the community and attendees are encouraged to dress in British colors, styles, big hats for ladies, or Beatles t-shirts. 

Nancy Idland, director of GAAC, invites all community members to join in on the fun.

“We invite everyone to join in on the annual street party that promises fish and chips as well as luscious party fare,” Idland said. “Twill be the bees knees! We hope to see you there mate!”
