Local teen injured in ATV crash

On March 22, a local teen sustained injuries in a crash on Crenshaw County Road 56.
“The crash occurred on Crenshaw County [Road] 56 near Spring Creek Loop Road at approximately 3:35 p.m. Wednesday,” said Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Senior Trooper Kendra McKinney in a release to [newspaper].
According to McKinney, a 2011 Ford F150 collided head-on with the 2012 Polaris 500. The Polaris driver was transported to a Montgomery hospital for treatment and remains in critical condition.
No further information is available as Troopers with ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate the accident.
