The Fort Dale Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, is recently announced the recipients of the chapter’s DAR Good Citizens Award. The award recognizes and rewards individuals who possess the qualities of dependability, service, leadership, and patriotism in their homes, schools, and communities. Students are selected by their teachers and peers because they demonstrate these qualities to an outstanding degree. This year’s Butler County DAR Good Citizens are Zac Beverly, McKenzie School; Jessica Longmire, Greenville High School; and Noah Pickens, Fort Dale Academy.
