The City of Greenville public offices will be closed on Monday, June 21, due to President Biden and Governor Ivey declaring June 19 a federal holiday.

Offices where essential personnel are needed will remain open. Garbage routes normally picked up on Monday will be picked up on Tuesday.

The new federal holiday, Juneteenth, symbolizes the end of slavery in America in 1865.
