Congratulations Josh Gardner on becoming a Credential Cooperative Director (CCD).

The CCD program is a training program managed by the National Rural Electrification Cooperative Association. In order to be certified, in-person and virtual training exercises must be completed. The training emphasizes an understanding of director duties, electric business, functions of the board and financial decision making.

Gardner has represented District one on the Pioneer board since 2018. He, his wife Hilarie, and three children live on Red Oak Farm near his childhood home in Forest Home.
