It’s official. Several local churches will return to in-person Vacation Bible School after last year’s virtual versions of the perennial summer event.
Among them are Antioch West Baptist Church, which has scheduled a nighttime VBS June 7-11, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Those pressed for time need not worry as supper will be served for all participants each night, with the church van available for pick up for any needing a ride.
Southside Baptist Church in Greenville has slated their daytime VBS at 8 a.m. until noon, June 7-11.
In the south end of the county, Brushey Creek Baptist Church will offer a nighttime VBS June 7-11 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. with supper served nightly before the school starts.
First Baptist Church in Greenville will hold their in-person VBS the following week, June 14-18, with a daytime slot of 8:30 a.m. until noon each day.
The Greenville Advocate looks forward to sharing photos from these and other Vacation Bible Schools around the city and county with our readers this summer.
