Butler County Schools in partnership with Regional Medical Center of Greenville, held a drive-through COVID-19 vaccination clinic on the grounds of Greenville High School on Feb. 19. There were 207 vaccines administered to education personnel and education retirees. The vaccines were administered by BCSS school nurses and Troy University Nursing students. Assisting in the coordination of the day’s clinic were Greenville Police Department, Greenville Fire Department, GFD EMS, Career Academy’s JROTC and Health Science instructors and students.
