Colder temps and rain expected this week

Butler County is showers and cold temperatures in the beginning of the week.
Forecast show rain will make its way to the county after noon, with a high near 53.
Rainfall amounts between half and three quarters of an inch are possible.
Moving into Monday night, a 20 percent chance of showers are expected before midnight.
The low will drop to around 23, with wind chill values between 15 and 20.
On Tuesday, the high will be around 43, with wind chill values between 15 and 25.
Tuesday night, the temperature is forecast to be around 28.
Rain will be back in the forecast Wednesday with a 40 percent chance of showers after lunch.
The high will be near 58.
Showers with the possibility of a thunderstorm. Temperatures will hover around 50.
The rain will continue with the threat of a possible thunderstorm Thursday. Temps will increase to 68.
By Friday, the sun will be back in the forecast and temperatures will begin to increase slightly.
Meanwhile, the western portion of Alabama is expecting a winter weather event.
