The Pineapple announced last week that long-time manager Mandy Little was leaving to take a new job and it had named a new manager, Lori Milller Woods.
Little had 17 years in retail.
The Pineapple, being a staple of Greenville was the perfect fit for her to establish new roots in a community that reminded her of home.
“I am not a Greenville native but they welcomed me with open arms to their gift shop. The store is a life long memory for many of the shoppers and I have been grateful to be a part of that experience,” Little said. “After leaving my hometown of Rogersville, Alabama, I needed those special relationships like I had with the ladies of my church and community and I look forward to seeing everyone around town in the future.”
Little began working at Community Neighbor Bank in Greenville on Monday and The Pineapple welcomed Woods as new store manager.
Woods brings 12 years experience from former local Goody’s store where she was assistant store manager.
“I am excited to begin the next chapter in my career. I look forward to seeing familiar faces and friends at The Pineapple,” Woods said.
