Butler County Revenue Commissioner Deborah B. Crews released the county’s Delinquent Tax Sale List on Wednesday, April 29.

Landowners listed currently owe 2019 property taxes and, if not paid in full, the property will be sold at the Butler County Courthouse on Tuesday, June 2.

“By virtue of a decree rendered by the probate court, at the March term of said county, I will proceed to sell to the highest bidder, for cash, before the courthouse door in Butler County, within the legal hours of sale, on Tuesday, June 2, 2020, the following described real estate, for the taxes and costs due thereon for the tax year 2019 to-wit,” Crews’ legal notice states.

The Delinquent Tax Sale List will publish for three weeks – April 29, May 6 and May 13 – in The Greenville Advocate.
