Funeral services were held at 11 am on Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, in the Chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home for Doris Jean Moses, 63, of Honoraville, who died peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Thursday, Feb. 27. Burial followed at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery. Dr. Shannon Moses and Dr. Chris Moses officiated. Family received friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28, and from 10 a.m. until service time on Saturday, Feb. 29.

Her father, Byron Chesser, preceded Mrs. Moses in death.

Survivors include, her loving husband, the Rev. Mike Moses of Honoraville; sons, Dr. Shannon (Wendy) Moses of Excel and Dr. Chris (Heather) Moses of Cedertown, Ga.; grandchildren, Harlee Moses, Hamilton Moses, Christopher Moses, Adelyn Moses, Bayleigh Moses and Avery Moses; mother, Jane Chesser of Honoraville; siblings, Joan (Cliff) Young of Adairsville, Ken. and Ben (Jennifer) Chesser of Honoraville and multiple nieces and nephews.
