Mrs. Aldeana Jeannene “Jenny” Marshall, 61, a resident of Rutledge, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020. A celebration of life for Mrs. Marshall will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 10th, from the Chapel of Turners Funeral Home with Rev. Art Long officiating. Interment will follow in Siloam Cemetery with Turners Funeral Home of Luverne directing.

Mrs. Marshall was a true light to her family and those around her. She had a bubbly personality, and she always had a smile on her face. She was a born nurturer, spending her life taking care of her family. They will always remember how amazingly loving and giving she was to all of them. Ultimately, she lived her life to the fullest, enjoying every minute of it, and she will be sorely missed by all those she leaves behind.

Mrs. Marshall was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Douglas and Marjorie Taylor Sands, and her sister, Connie Renia Seymour. She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Edward Milton Marshall; their two sons, Brannon Rex Marshall and Michael Shawn (Stephanie) Marshall; three grandchildren, Isaac Kenneth Marshall, Ian Edward Marshall, and Ada Hazel Marshall; two siblings, Barry Carlton Sands and Louiseza (Bill) Moore; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Active pallbearers will be Milton Marshall, Shawn Marshall, Brannon Marshall, Barry Sands, Mitchell Seymour, Michael Seymour, and Skylar Sands. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Autism Speaks at www.autismspeaks.org and the Leukemia Foundation at www.leukemiafoundation.org.

They will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1 – 2 p.m.
