Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 12, 2018, at New Beginning Worship Center for Elseania Adams Waller of Greenville, who departed this life on Wednesday, July 4. Interment followed at Magnolia Cemetery. Bishop Harold Daniels Sr. officiated.

Survivors include her daughter, Felicia Shambray; special niece, Katie Sims; five sisters, Annie Elma (Duke) Bowens, Lee Ella Brown of Atmore, Katie Lue Bowen of Indianapolis, Ind.; Lena Pearl (Ulysses Sr.) Coney of Huntsville and Francis Adams-McWilliams of California; three brothers, William Bowens and Elbert Lewis Bowens, both of Atmore and John Albert (Lean) Bowens of Indianapolis, Ind.; four aunts, Dorothy Scott, Bessie Lee Coleman, Alice Upshaw and Trisha Mae Adams of Forest Home; one aunt, Ada Savage of Greenville; caregiver, Mattie Caldwell and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephew and friend.
