Despite heavy rain, the annual Jimmy Gardner memorial golf tournament was held on Wednesday at Cambrian Ridge.
The tournament followed the Trojan Tour event, which was held in the Cambrian Ridge Clubhouse.
The team of Marshall Watts, Brad Ballew, Chris Moore and Zack Little brought home first place in this year’s tournament.
Abbie Ballew is one of the organizers of the tournament. She was happy to see it played regardless of the rain.
“We had great hole sponsors this year and really generous door prizes,” she said. “It was great to be able to play the tournament even with all the rain we had.”
